Instructions

Add flour, oil, sugar, vanilla essence, and baking powder in a bowl and mix well with a hand mixer for 10 minutes.
Grease a cake tin with oil and coat it with flour.
Add cake mixture and bake in OTG at 180°C for 30 minutes. The cake is ready.
Put the cream in a steel bowl and beat it well with a hand mixer.
Beat so much that it does not fall when the bowl is turned upside down.
Cover the cake with white cream.
Add a blue color to some cream and make small flower shapes on top.
